All models must be assembled by a qualified person or bike shop. GQB Store offers assembly and repairs at market-related prices for in-store collections. Our CARRY-IN WARRANTY requires customers to send, drop off, and collect parts/bikes for exchange if under warranty. Customers bear courier costs for online sales and must provide pictures, videos, and descriptions of issues.
